- Ik beschrijf mezelf als: My name is Joe....i'm 5'9" 245 lbs....bald head, blue eyes, Caucasion--very hairy (except my head!..lol..)....i'm 46.....will be 47 on Sept. 15th (yes i'm a Virgo...:-))....never really dated seriously or had a bf....would like to see what it's like. I had a stroke in 2005 when i was 37 (very young) Please be cool w. that.....some guys r not.....I had to learn to do everything again....walk, talk, swallow, etc.,.....it was the most difficult thing I have ever had to do!!I've come a long way since the beginning --through years of rehab and hard work (i couldn't even sit up well or hold my head up in the very beginning!) I just got my own apt. in West Hollywood in November --after 2 yrs in the nursing home and 7 yrs. in a board and care home. I'm so much happier having my own place again and being independent finally!! It was a long road back.I still walk very slow--use a wheelchair if i have to go very far, cause i get tired easily. I have an electric wheelchair when i go out shopping or on the bus. (I call it my Mercedes!!..lol..)......I was an elementary school teacher for 15 yrs.(10 prior to the stroke here and 5 yrs before in my home state of Maine)...i taught inner-city for LAUSD in South Central LA.I grew up in a small town of 1,000 people on a potato farm in Maine. i'm mostly attracted to masculine black or latin men (who r tops--on the assertive side), but there always the excepption i guess....lol....someone on the fit or muscular beefy side.....don't like long hair on men...like short or shaved head.....hairy is cool.....love to kiss and cuddle......i'm more passive...i was always a bottom..but haven't had much sex since the stroke...a handful of times...not lately...:-(...prefer a non-smoker...i think i'm allergic.. Oh yeah....i forgot to mention that when i went in w. the stroke ..the dr. told me I was HIV positive....but i'm very healthy...undetectable..w. over 1,000 t-cells. Because of the stroke walking slow and 1 arm works) i'm very limited to the hobbies i can do...but i enjoy dining out,shopping, going to the movies,gardening, AND MORE SHOPPING!!!...LOL.....I just wanna find fomeone real, down to earth that i can have fun with.....if this sounds good...give me a holler...lol.....thanks for reading my long-ass profile!!..lol..-----..hugz...Joe :-)
