First off, I hate talking myself up. I think a little modesty is a good thing.
My friends often tell me I am funny. I try to find the humor in life, both in good times and in bad. I can be serious when needed, but find that more fun is had with some spontaneity. I can be very shy at first, until I get comfortable. I don't need to be the life of the party, but I enjoy being around groups of people I enjoy. I am a very open minded person, and am usually eager to try new things.
I'm strong willed and and independent person. I am also an extremely generous person and empathetic/sensitive to the needs of other people. Most of my friends and co-workers treat me as the "go to" guy. If they need help or have a problem that requires fixing, they have no problems asking me for help as I am always willing and able to help. When it comes to my personal life, I believe that if you're doing something for someone and are expecting something in return, you're doing it for the wrong reasons.
