Some of the books I've read or am reading include Alan Downs' The Velvet Rage, Donald Black's Escape the Gay Straitjacket, Bruce Bawer's While Europe Slept, and Nadeau & Barlow's The Story of French.
Some of the movies I've seen and liked were I am Legend, Cloverfield, Prince Caspian, American Gangster, and I can't wait to see the new Indiana Jones flick coming out this spring. I saw the first one as a wide-eyed 13-year-old way back in the early 80's! I'm also listening to Gabriel & Dresden's eponymous 2006 album, Verve's Remixed Volume 1, and some old Nina Simone tunes.
Mid-May, I've started Christian Thibaudeau's training program posted on T-Nation and called Beast Building part 1 of three phases that cover 3 months. I'm fairly sore on some days so I should see some good gains.
I have great interest in nature, gardening, and landscaping. Furthermore, the heraldic symbol pics represent my "bi-national" ancestry and would probably figure into any tattoo I might decide to have in the near future.
